Shipping Policy
At NØVIK, every order is handled with care and intention — because how your order arrives matters just as much as what's inside.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping: 14–21 business days
Express shipping: 7–10 business days
We know that waiting takes patience. But at NØVIK, we don't rush what matters. Every piece goes through a careful fulfilment process — from quality verification to secure packaging — to ensure that what arrives at your door is exactly what you ordered: nothing less than the standard the brand was built on. We'd rather take the time to get it right than get it to you fast and wrong.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders over £180.
For orders below £180, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order in real time.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
